The Columbia (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is pleased to announce that it will award the following scholarships:

• One (1) Historically Black College or University (HBCU) Scholarship in the amount of $2,500 for a Howard County student who will attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU). The scholarship may be renewed for four consecutive years in the amount of $2,500 if he/she meets the scholarship requirements.
  
  
• One (1) Scholarship for a Howard County student attending a four year college or university other than a Historically Black College or University. The scholarship may be renewed for one subsequent year in the amount of $2,500 if he/she meets the scholarship requirements.
